About the Trip
Join instructors Stephanie O'Hara and Sierra Bufalino for a yoga and cultural immersion in Tuscany. The goal is to create an experiential journey that combines 7 days of yoga, meditation, and personal development with the best of local history, culture, and cuisine.

In addition to our yoga practices, you will create memories while you trek with a guide along the Mediterranean at Cinque Terre, taste and tour at a winery in the Bolgheri region and visit the Village of Bolgheri, rejuvenate in the famous Tuscan mineral hot springs, visit Lucca and watch a Puccini Opera, and experience an in-villa private gourmet cooking class. You will also have the opportunity to read 1-2 inspirational books (optional) prior to our travels and discuss when we arrive as well as creatively journal.
To truly find transformation we need to take ourselves into a new physical space away from our normal lives. This temporary journey allows us a shift in perspective and the physical body to meet the mind and soul.

Villa Daniela is a luxury sixteen bedroom air conditioned Villa located seven Kilometers from the walled city of Lucca. This historic and newly renovated 15th Century estate has absolutely everything-– including spectacular Italian gardens, spacious rooms, marvelous frescoes, a huge professional kitchen, an interior elevator, a brilliant heated pool and a tremendous location!
Like many Italian villas, Villa Daniela has a remarkable history. Built originally in the 15th century as a summer home by a noble Luchese family, it remained in the same family until the 19th century when it was given to an order of monks left homeless when Napoleon seized all church property in the region. The monks added a secondary school that was attached to the villa. The current owners bought the property and spent the past 14 years restoring it to its original beauty,
